Providers have a Service Delivery Model (SDM) designed to meet guidelines and enable organizational culture and capability to deliver a successful contract in Employment Services. In a highly regulated environment it can be a challenge to find the balance between compliance and performance. The workshop will examine all of the aspects of a compliance and performance within the Employment Services Framework.
