Cliff Cunningham is the Principal Consultant at Performance Consulting Australia. He enjoys working in the not-for-profit sector and has nearly 20 years’ experience in employment services, in country and city areas.
He takes a ‘whole of business’ approach. This means he looks at all the aspects of a business to help it manage the process of change and become a better performing company. He brings a healthy dose of realism to this lofty goal.
Cliff has worked as Tender Team Manager, Solution Architect and Lead Author in submitting successful tenders of various sizes. He is also thoroughly experienced in new contracts and has the insight needed to complete them on time and according to stakeholder demands.
Cliff was the original convener of the NESA IT Special Interest Group and is a valued team member on various IT committees in the industry. He specialises in helping employees become more productive and improving the performance of the business through a unique and easy to understand methodology.
He is also a Prince2 qualified Project Manager and is passionate about working ‘smarter not harder’ to bring the tangible results all providers want.
